Flights to and from the destination are not included, you’re welcome to organise your own international travel, or let our dedicated team assist with flight recommendations, additional bookings, and any pre- or post-tour arrangements to ensure a smooth and stress-free journey. Once you arrive, everything else is taken care of.
Daily breakfast is included, and any additional meals will be clearly noted in your itinerary. Unless specified, drinks—alcoholic or non-alcoholic—are not included. We’ll always make sure you know what to expect.
You’ll travel in comfort by private vehicle throughout the tour. All transport and excursions are arranged for you, with a dedicated tour leader accompanying the group every step of the way.
Absolutely! Many of our guests join us on their own and quickly feel part of the group. Our tours are designed to offer both independence and connection, with the reassurance of a supportive, experienced tour leader throughout.
Yes, we do require comprehensive travel insurance for all guests. This helps ensure you’re covered for any medical care, cancellations, or unexpected changes along the way.
If any vaccinations are necessary for your destination, we’ll let you know in advance. It’s also a good idea to check with your travel doctor before you go.
Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. It’s best to check this early, just to be safe.
To secure your spot, a 30% deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 65 days before departure. Once the deposit is received, the price is locked in and guaranteed.
